If you’re a parent, you’re likely starting to think about back-to-school shopping — and one item on your checklist is probably a reusable water bottle. Owala is best known for its adult version, but this one, which is on sale in a few different colors, is made for kids age 3 and above. It has a stainless-steel interior that helps keep water cold; the lid screws tightly on to minimize spills; and the straw is easy to sip from. The bottle holds 12 ounces, a decent amount without getting too big and cumbersome to tote around. Also good news for parents: It’s quite easy to wash. Just take off the top, pop out the straw, and then lightly scrub each piece by hand (or even throw the smaller parts in the dishwasher).
