Gap has relaunched its ’90s-era fragrances for a new generation of scent-obsessives. There are five scents, all of whichour writer Arielle Avila tested. Generally, she was pleasantly surprised by the lineup, a nice mix of fresh florals and spicier, muskier scents. Her favorite of the bunch is Dream, which she called the “white T-shirt of scents.”
West Elm x Petite Plume
It might seem early to start talking about Halloween, but summer is the best time to snag the best stuff. West Elm has collaborated with Petite Plume on a spooky-cute collection, which includes a cauldron-shaped candy bowl, an embroidered treat bucket, and bats crafted from rattan.
J.Crew x AMNH
J.Crew and the American Museum of Natural History collaborated on a very cute collection. Most of it is geared toward kids — think butterfly motifs, dinosaurs, and gemstones. There’s also a few items for adults, too, like an L.L.Bean–esque tote bag with helpful exterior pockets and an embroidered hat that looks a little vintage.

Hatch alarm clocks have become the statusy way to employ a phone-free bedtime routine. Now the brand makes a sleep clock so you can ditch your wearables while in bed. It tracks sleep stages from your nightstand through a sensor that monitors breathing and movement and has a 97 percent accuracy rate.
Dieux retinal serum

Dieux makes some of our favorite moisturizers and now has a retinal serum. The brand is bringing its barrier-first approach to retinal, so while the serum is effective, it also contains hydrating and soothing ingredients to reduce flaking and sensitivity and has the National Eczema Association seal. Another nice thing is the multiphase delivery system, so it sinks in a bit slower to further reduce irritation.
