How long should a dish sponge last? A week? A few weeks? A month? I honestly couldn’t say how long a single Jetz-Scrubz lasts because by the time it needs replacing, I’ve long forgotten when I opened it. But according to my order history, I’ve purchased 33 total since August 2018, which works out to about a sponge per quarter. They cost a lot more than a regular Scotch-Brite, but that’s still a good value — considering they last at least four times as long. And now you can try them at their lowest price since 2022.

I was initially put off by the Jetz-Scrubz’s high price but was immediately impressed by its effective yet gentle scrubber side. It works better than the blue non-scratch Scotch-Brite scouring pad and retains less gunk than the porous Scrub Daddy and mesh-encased Dobie designs. I also appreciate how efficient it is with dish soap; I often get through an entire sink of dishes with just one or two squirts. Most of all, I appreciate the closed-cell foam’s imperviousness to funk and dankness throughout its service life. The scrubber side eventually wears out after a couple of months of scouring, but by then you’ll have long forgotten how much it cost. And if you end up liking this sponge as much as I do, you’ll be glad to know that the everyday price per sponge for the six-pack is the same as the Prime Day sale price for the three-pack.
