Mattresses are one of those product categories where you never have to wait too long for the next sale, though I generally see the biggest discounts during holiday promotional periods. Below, I’ve rounded up some of the best Memorial Day mattress deals I’ve found so far onmattresses we’ve testedand recommend; just note that some brands might offer bigger discounts and extra freebies as we get closer to the actual holiday, so keep checking back for updates.

Best hybrid mattresses on sale for Memorial Day

Sealy’s Posturepedic Elite mattresses are up to $300 off, including the Albany II Hybrid that associate editor Jeremy Rellosa says stays extremely cool. Rellosa is a very hot sleeper who usually sleeps without a shirtandwith a fan on, but he says he hasn’t overheated on this mattress. He also likes the mix of comfort and support it provides.

Zhao tested the Leesa Original and says it’s the springiest foam mattress he’s ever slept on. “There’s a return, or bounce, that I don’t get from, say, a Casper or Tuft & Needle,” Zhao says. “And none of the sinking I associate with pure memory foam.” It also has a pleasantly medium-firm feel that works for lots of people. The Tempur-LuxeBreeze is one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on — the memory foam is so dense and conforming, I almost felt suspended in space. It’s also one of the most effectivecoolingmattresses I’ve ever slept on. Tempur-Pedic’s discounts usually aren’t as big as the ones at other mattress brands, so even though the LuxeBreeze is only 5 percent off, that’s still a decent sale.
