My family and I own several items that we’ve been wearing for years. I personally think Uniqlo excels at making down pieces that are lightweight and excellent for layering, like this “powder soft” puffer that’s extremely lofty without the bulk. My colleagueHilary ReidandI both own a versionof this from several years ago, and it’s superlight and fluffy. It has a cocoonlike shape and roomy arms that make it perfect for wearing over chunky sweaters — like my Babaàs with raglan sleeves that usually bunch in my other coats.
