Because of the size, it’s suited for individual portions of food finished in the oven — think French onion soup, pot pie, macaroni and cheese, and cobbler and crème brûlée for dessert. (What I’m saying is: You’ll probably want to buy a few.) Still, it’s not all about presentation.
