We’ve been writing about the brand for nearly a decade and have tested many of its offerings. We’ve seen Supergoop through dozens of new launches and major reformulations—and still we’re very big fans. The brand has managed to make sun care for virtually every concern, whether you’re someone who wantsa moisturizer and SPFin one (aesthetician and beauty columnist Rio Viera-Newton lovesthe daily moisturizerfor this) or want a mineralsetting powderyou can reapply throughout the day. And on the whole, the formulations are very good. It’s clear Supergoop invests lots of time making sun care a more enjoyable, consistent part of one’s skin routine, which shows up in the price. While it’s not the most expensive thing on the market, it isn’t cheap, and the very popular stuff rarely goes on sale. If you get one thing, let it be the original Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen. It turned me into a regular SPF user and is a classic for a reason. It’s truly weightless thanks to the inclusion of silicone, which helps it to glide on the skin and then disappear. The formula is why it’s beloved by everyone from teens to celebrities. Last year,Naomi Wattsnamed it as a product she can’t live without, noting that it’s “very reliable.” I would agree.

This moisturizer comes highly recommended by Viera-Newton, who said it made her skin look wonderful: “Bright, radiant, and gleamy without looking greasy (a hard balance to strike, I find!).” It’s rich in antioxidants and fatty acids and also contains cerium, an element that helps to protect skin from blue light.

It’s lightweight, doesn’t feel greasy like most sunscreens, and can also be purchased in a giant bottle with a pump, which is ideal if the entire household is using one product.

The mists are a good option. I like the hands-free delivery system of an SPF spray because it can make getting into tricky spots easy and is also pretty easy to reapply. This is one of the few Supergoop products that comes in various scents and contains antioxidants like vitamin C.

When I wrote about the efficacy ofSPF oilslast year, I mentioned that Supergoop body oil was my entry point. It’s a blend of grapeseed and argan oil and contains vitamin C. The best part is that it isn’t very greasy but is still hydrating.

Supergoop has plenty of mineral formulas to choose from. Viera-Newton likes this mineralsetting powderthat comes in an array of shades, which she says actually keeps her makeup in place and eliminates the need to reapply.

Lips need SPF protection too. This gloss from the brand is nice and shiny, and of the many formulas I’ve tested, it’s fairly close to a regular gloss.

She also recommends GlowScreen, which functions similar to any other glowy lotion. It acts as a makeup primer, so you can prep your base in a singlestep. It’s a favorite of teenager Emilia Lagnese, who says it has become a staple in her routine. Another benefit is the inclusion of copper peptides, which helps to guard against the effects of blue light.

There’s also these radiance drops, which can be added into your existing moisturizer. One note about these: You’ll want to use quite a bit to ensure that you get adequate coverage. My recommendation would be to use this in conjunction with another SPF.
