I’m a big fan of Muji socks — the pack of three. I just got a bunch more for a friend over the holidays. They’re a great gift, and you can never have too many socks as far as I’m concerned. I really love them, and in fact, I’m wearing a pair right now. They’re colorful socks that look like they’re hand-knitted, and they’re very affordable.

I weardeodorantless and less these days, and that’s so interesting, given my hormonal state. I’ve managed to get my night sweats under control, but sometimes I will have a big sweat during the night. I don’t sweat during the day like I used to. So, unless I’m doing a show or presentation when I know I’ll have extra anxiety and I know that will produce sweat, I tend not to wear it. One brand I’ve liked is called Evolve Together. It smells gorgeous — the Orange Blossom and Jasmine Taormina scent. It also comes in nice, sustainable packaging.

I handpicked all my favorite pictures from different events and trips with family and friends and turned them into beautiful coffee-table books. There’s something so much more meaningful about leafing through a curated selection of cherished memories rather than just scrolling through your camera roll. Getting to sit down with my family and look through it is such a lovely experience — remembering funny moments or talking about the behind the scenes of each photo.

Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion
I’ve also been using thislotionfor my badly cracked feet. I have this by my bed, and it’s something I use at the end of the night before I get in. It has really been helping, and I use the excess lotion on my calves.

I really love Supergoop, and they’ve got lots of different kinds. I was in Barbados for New Year’s break under the very hot sun, so I used it on my face and my body. The Unseen one is great because it’s colorless and you won’t get a white cast. They also have a spray for the body. I’ve found them very reliable.

I work out at my home gym and love exercising with friends. Lately, I’ve prioritized strength training, which is so important, especially as you age. Not only do you feel strong and unstoppable, but it also improves muscle mass, bone density, and mobility. A simple set of hand weights can get the job done.
I also practice yoga regularly. I’ve gone through so many fitness phases over the years — HIIT classes, running, Pilates — but now I focus on maintaining a balance of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. I have learned these are all crucial for overall well-being, but even more so as you get older. It also keeps me from getting bored of one thing.

I love to cook. Sometimes it’s the last thing I want to do when I get home from a long day at work, but simple, yummy food is my go-to. I will say that baking is not my forte and precision is not my middle name. But for cooking, I recently got into Our Place cookware. Its Always Pan is amazing — it does it all. You can use it to fry and boil, and you can even put it in the oven. It’s also super-easy to clean. I actually bought this for a lot of friends for Christmas. One pan that handles everything means fewer dishes to clean and less crap in the cupboards, so it’s a win-win in my book.

I’ve managed to hold onto mine for a long time without losing them, but I do sometimes misplace one or the other temporarily. I’ve had a set now for a year, which I’m trying to hold onto. I really do rely on them. I can’t stand it when I’m sitting next to somebody and they just let their phone blare.

I am not really aperfumegirl. As I’ve grown older, I’ve become very sensitive to fragrances. But my Stripes body oil, The Full Monty, has the most beautiful, subtle scent. People often ask me what I’m wearing. The scent has notes of iris, blooming beach rose, and creamy sandalwood. I wanted to create a spalike experience, and that’s what it feels like when I apply this body oil.
The scent was inspired by memories of growing up, roses in the English countryside, and beaches in Australia. It also has Kakadu plum, an ingredient from Australia, so this product and its scent are special to me. They take me back home.
