My hair and I have been on a big healing journey since I dyed it blonde last year. It’s taken quite a long time for it to grow back healthy, so I’ve learned a lot about hair care. After coming out of the shower, I use a leave-in conditioner. I‘ll also put it in my hair before I swim in the summer, like before I go in the pool. This particular brand was recommended byAbbey Yung, this hair-care influencer who gives great advice on YouTube. She’s really helped me fix my hair. I have dry and porous hair, and I do feel like the conditioner has made a big difference.

Like everyone else right now, I am protein-maxxing — for lack of a better word. Unfortunately, it does work. It definitely makes me feel stronger, and I’ve seen a big difference in my body as I’ve been strength training. So I try to get at least 100 to 115 grams of protein per day. I sound so annoying, but that’s where I’m at right now. These drinks are really good. These have 20 grams of protein, but theirUltra Protein shakeshave 42 grams. They’re delicious. They make them in a vanilla flavor, a chocolate flavor, and a strawberry flavor. They’re low-sugar, low-calorie, but they’re really tasty.

This is another Abbey Yung recommendation. I’ve never seen a product like this before — it’s a spray that protects against UV rays, salt, and chlorine. It’s like sunscreen for your hair. I was just on vacation, so when I know I’m about to be in the sun and the ocean for long stretches of time, I will spray it in my hair because that can really wear your hair down. With hair, it really is about the little things and treating it gently.

I watched thatNetflix documentaryabout how we’re all drowning in plastic and everything has plastic. It’s really hard to get rid of all your plastic right away, especially in beauty products, but a friend told me about this brand called Well People. So I ordered some products online, and they’re really good, but the mascara is really,reallygood.

This is another hair journey thing. I love this mask from the brand Amika. I try to do a bonding agent once a week on my hair, and other times I do a hair mask. I leave it on for ten minutes, and my hair comes out way silkier and softer.

After I went blonde, it took maybe six months for my hair to recover. Too much bond repair is actually bad for your hair, because havingtoo much protein will actually make your hair more brittleand break off. But it’s so good for your hair in normal amounts. K18 is probably my favorite, and it’s patented — there’s nothing out there like it. I’ve noticed a big difference in my hair from using the bond repair products because it’s getting into the hair as opposed to just moisturizing from the outside.

Martha Calvo is a Miami-based jeweler I stumbled upon. I love their jewelry. I think I saw Dua Lipa wearing it too. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the pieces I own. I have a couple I wear all the time. I have this necklace that has a rosary and a bunch of little charms. It almost has a bit of a gorgeous Latin Catholic vibe. It’s bigger jewelry — I’d say it’s more maximalist. You could wear a simple white T-shirt with this necklace, and it’s an outfit. And it’s not super expensive.

Ursa Major is another beauty brand I think is pretty clean. I’m trying to move toward that in my products — less plastic and more clean. I love this face wash. I use it both morning and night. It’s very, very gentle. I love their moisturizers, too.

I don’t like lip products that feel too gelatinous and sticky. I love this one because it has a honey and oil base, so it feels really hydrating, but if you’re drinking from a straw or something, it’s not going to stick. It’s nice in a textural way, and I also find that my lips actually retain moisture when I put it on, as opposed to other stuff where you put it on and it makes your lips more dry. And the packaging is so pretty — it feels very luxurious.

I’ve learned in my hair journey that hair is in its most fragile state when wet. You shouldn’t brush your hair when it’s wet. How you dry your hair is important because that’s when most of the breakage will happen. So there’s a big difference between drying your hair with a normal towel and drying it with a T-shirt or the Crown Affair microfiber hair towel. It’s a lot more gentle on your hair. It’s really those little things that make a difference in hair retention and having healthy, gorgeous hair.

I have two trainers, one in L.A. and one in Miami. My Miami trainer’s name isLana Pessoa, and she’s Brazilian. They call her the booty queen, because she builds these big, gorgeous, muscular butts with these ankle weights. Basically, she makes all these Brazilian girls strap 20-pound weights to their ankles and do donkey kicks, fire hydrants — all the exercises for your butt. She’ll basically just blast my butt with a bunch of different exercises.

I’m really excited to be a part of such an iconic brand family. This is Tommy Hilfiger’s first fragrance for women in ten years. I can getoverstimulated by strong scents, so I like that this is light but still elegant. It has a vanilla base, which I love. You could wear it to lunch; you could wear it to dinner. It’s very multiuse.
