Lots of Cardigans, Pants, and Dresses Are 40 Percent Off at Zara

Zara doesn’t have a ton of sales throughout the year, but occasionally its“Special Prices” sectionis very good — and it happens to be excellent right now. A large collection of women’s clothing is 40 percent off, and while many of the deals are on cold-weather items likesweatersand wool coats (we highly recommendshopping in the offseason), plenty are on in-season dresses,track-pant-styletrousers, andlow-rise jeans. I spent my day perusing the list (and adding many items to my cart) and have pulled together my top picks below. Most everything I’ve included still has most, if not all, sizes in stock. Sizes on shoes are a little more hit-and-miss, but I found a few styles that are still mostly available. Tops
The women’s-tops section is the most robust, and it’s where you’ll find the most spring- and summer-friendly pieces, includinglotsofcardigansinvarious weightsandsleeve lengths.
Bottoms
Zara has long been known for its affordable officewear, and you’ll find several good pairs ofwork pantsin its sales bin right now. But the brand also makes very on-trend jeans (we’vetriedandlikedseveral of its styles), and a couple of pairs are on sale and still mostly in stock, including a very nicebrown balloon style.
Dresses
The dress selection is smaller, as many sale styles have mostly sold out. But I found a few you can wear now and one you can wear this fall.
Jackets
Most of the jackets on sale will have to be tucked away until fall or winter, but I found a$60 tailored blazerfor cold offices and somefaux-leather jacketsyou can wear on cooler spring days.
Shoes and accessories
Lots of shoes are on sale, but sizes are very slim. These three pairs have the most availability, though, and all three are great for warm weather. If you’re after a new bag as well, Zara’s come at very affordable prices.

Zara’s home itemsare surprisingly good. Most don’t have asbig a discount as the clothes, but 20 percent off is still a good deal in our book.
