Cyber Monday is here. To find the best deals in every category, followall of our Cyber Monday coverage.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are overwhelming ventures. Nearly every retailer has a sale, and suddenly, items that’ve been on your wish list for months are all marked down at once. It can be hard to know what’s actually worth adding to your cart, but I have been keeping an eye on the very bestkitchen and dining dealsand can say with confidence that if there’s one brand you should shop this time of year, it’s Vitamix.

Vitamix is known for making the very bestblenders. Ask any professional chef, recipe developer, avid cook, or cookbook author, and they’re all bound to espouse the wonder of these powerful, durable, long-lasting machines. But they’re also notoriously expensive. This is, I believe, exactly what Black Friday is for: to finally invest in that top-tier appliance you’ve been wanting for ages at a lower price than you’re likely to see later in the year.

Vitamix’s sale, which goes through December 2, isn’t too expansive, but it’s good. Below, I’ve rounded up the four blenders on sale. Each one has slight differences — including how it runs, the number of settings, the size, and the interface — so read on to get a sense of which might work best for you. (There’s also a bonus attachment at a solid discount.) And in the meantime, you can find all the best Cyber Monday sales from across categories that are already liveright over here.

The 64-ounce Professional Series 750 Blender — which just so happens to be ourbest-in-class blenderpick — is marked down more than any other model right now. It’s the blender I use in my own kitchen, and I suspect I’ll have it for decades to come. But don’t just take it from me: This model came up more than any other as the favorite in my reporting, recommended by quite a few professional cooks. The supersharp blades and powerful motor take only a few minutes to make silky soup or light and airy hummus. It can easily handle tough ingredients like nuts and grains, as well as fibrous ones like ginger. This also means it’s extra efficient at crushing ice for drinks. There are a small handful of preset functions for smoothies, frozen desserts, soups, purées, and self-cleaning, but I love that it has a manual dial for controlling the speed yourself and pulsing too.

Vitamix’s newest and most advanced offering, the Ascent X3, is marked down more than 20 percent. You operate it using a sleek screen interface that comes with four presets (smoothies, frozen desserts, soups, and a self-cleaning program). Like the option above, you can also control your own speed and pulse. The blender comes with a 48-ounce container but is compatible with allSelf-Detect containers and attachments, which use smart technology. Your blender base will recognize which one you’re using and automatically adjust to the optimal program settings and blend times.

The A3300 is another member of the Ascent family — though this package gets you the 64-ounce blenderanda whole host of additional items, including an attachment that turns the appliance into a food processor, two additional specialty disc blades, and a storage case to keep everything neatly together. The blender itself operates similarly to the Ascent model above with a manual dial that lets you control speed and pulse. However, there are no presets. Instead, it features a programmable timer for custom recipes: You set the number of minutes and seconds you want to blend for, and the machine will turn off automatically when it’s done.

The Vitamix E310 is an older model but still one of our favorites, and it’s still highly recommended by several professional cooks. It’s fully manual, which, depending on your style of cooking, might actually be a plus if you tend to prefer appliances with fewer settings. This model makes it very easy to control how more textured soups and sauces turn out. However, it’s stillmightypowerful, so pulverizing mixtures until they’re smooth and emulsified is most certainly doable. The biggest jar is 48 ounces, but it also comes with two 20-ounce cups (and an adapter) so you can blend personal smoothies and take them on the go without transferring them to another vessel.

Though it’s notmassivelyon sale, there’s one attachment worth mentioning. The Self-Detect food processor attachment is compatible with the Ascent X3, turning your blender into a two-in-one machine.
