There are a lot of discounted sunscreens this Prime Day, ranging from cosmetic chemist Dr. Julian Sass’s favorite Banana Boat formula to the very expensive ISDIN mineral sunscreen, which is currently 30 percent off. It’s a good time to stock up, given that we’re heading into another week of hot, humid weather, though you should really be applying all the time. Below, some of our favorite very cheap picks.

It continues to be our favorite facial sunscreen because it contains both physical and chemical SPF filters and is so moisturizing it can be used in place of a face cream if your skin isn’t too dry.

Supergoop is discounting lots of its best sellers, including the Unseen Sunscreen, which changed the sunscreen landscape with its slippy, whisper-thin texture. The brand recently reformulated, and now it’s even better — and 20 percent off.

Lots of mineral sunscreens are available too, including our favorite option for sensitive skin. It’s especially good if you’re concerned about irritation; this one is fragrance free. It also turns blue when exposed to light, a helpful reminder to reapply.

If you’re willing to spend a bit more, dermatologists (and Strategist senior editor Crystal Martin) love this sunscreen, which, despite the all-mineral formula, doesn’t leave a white cast and goes on smooth. And if the sunscreen doesn’t totally rub in, there’s a tinted version too.
