Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale comes to an end this Sunday night, so it’s well and truly your last chance to get some excellent deals on rarely discounted beauty and wellness products. If you’re struggling with cystic acne, this face wash is one of our top picks. Dr. Hope Mitchell, the founder of Ohio-based Mitchell Dermatology, likes that it’s lipophilic, which means it “concentrates on sebaceous-gland areas” to dissolve excess oil from the skin.

Our favorite drugstore face wash for dry skin contains the CeraVe-standard combo of hyaluronic acid and ceramides plus glycerin, which board-certified dermatologist and Prequel Skin founder Dr. Sam Ellis notes “is able to draw water to the skin surface, so you’re able to get the skin feeling clean but also supported.” It’s also great if you have rosacea and is one of our top-three picks for a teen skin-care routine.

Denton-Hurst’s splurge pick is on sale, too. “At first swipe, I thought, Wow, there were scientists in the lab with this one,” she writes. “It feels like someone at Clinique climbed in my brain and crafted a body butter to my exact specifications. It’s fragrance free, thick but easily spreadable, lasts for hours, and soothes my dry skin.”
