I just feel like the eye patches give me the lift that I need in the morning, because a lot of times as an actor, I work late nights. My workday may be over after 14 to 16 hours, but my life is still going. I still have to come home; spend time with my spouse, the dog — all the things. I don’t want to look worse for wear in the morning. I keep the patches in a little beauty fridge, and I put them on before I even head into makeup so that by the time I get there, I’m already looking more refreshed. I think I found my way to them through my makeup artist. And then I was like,This is it for me.

One of my makeup artists would spray this on my face before she did my makeup — and then she would spray it onherface, and her makeup was already done. And I’m like, “Well, what’s going on?” She’s like, “Well, I want to feel refreshed, too!” So I can use it before or after makeup, and I just like that little refresher. And it smells like you’re at the spa. It makes my skin feel hydrated and revived. I use it anytime I need a boost.

I have it for two reasons: One is in case it’s a day where I don’t have on makeup or gloss, but I primarily have it because it never fails. And my spouse always looks at me and goes, “You got some lip balm?” And I’m like, “Here you go.” It’s kind of pulling double duty. I keep it in my bag just in case.

It’s just a little something. My mother will bring them for me and go, “I know you like these. Go ahead and put ’em in your bag.” She makes sure I’m always well stocked.
I think I became more of a fan as an adult. They’re my little treat. It’s a breath mint — it’s so many things all at once. I’m in between the orange and the multicolored. I lean more toward the fruit flavors, but I’m not gonna be mad at the white ones. Those, that’s old school. The old school always works.

You know what? You can find this mascara anywhere. You can find it at a grocery store; you can find it at a drugstore. If there’s something very, very specific and you run out of it, you gotta order it and get it shipped. But this one right here is never going to fail you. And you can get it anywhere in the world.
I wear black mascara, and this pigment is so rich. I’ve been accused of having the best bottom lashes in the industry — I’m just saying. But that’s why I have them.

First of all, it smells good. Second of all, even if you use it by itself, you’re still gonna look very moisturized and hydrated. But sometimes I’ll even mix some oil in it. It just gives you a perfect consistency. Now this is old school, but the oil I use isAvon’s Skin So Soft. So you can be moisturized and keep the bugs off you if you gotta work outside. It’s just regular body oil. It’s a beautiful, wonderful body oil. But bugs don’t like it.
So I use the Jergens both ways. And I got the big bottle, so when I travel, I gotta pump it down into the little bottles because it’s gonna always be my preferred lotion. I don’t want that hotel lotion — I want my Jergens Ultra Healing because I want to be ultrahealed.

Even if I’m tired, I want to look like I’m not. Depending on what I had going on the night before or how early I had to get up in the morning, I use this. It’s pretty quick. I integrate it into my beauty routine because when I get ready to get dressed or get on-camera or any of that, I want my eyes to look refreshed.

I love M.A.C products — period. I like the stains, the sticks, the gloss. But even if I wore a different lip gloss or a different lipstick, something about that M.A.C Lipglass gives you staying power. You could wear it on top of a lipstick or by itself; it’s gonna stick. And I love that, because you are going to have long wear with it. I think shiny lips are so sexy, so I always want shiny lips. Who wants boring matte lips? Not me.
It’s not that it feels tacky, but itfeelslike you’re gonna get long wear. You can just tell how it coats the lip. Like,Okay, I’m going to have this on for a while.I would probably say I reapply maybe one other time throughout the day. You go half the day and then do a little re-up, and it’ll take you on through the night.

A lot of women in my family have what we call witchy-poo hands. We have little witch hands. No one in our family would ever be accused of being a hand model. They would never say that. But La Mer is just so rich and hydrating. It feels delicious. I needed to bring a little youth back to my hands because, you know, it wasn’t a trait we got. We got other things when we got in the beauty line before we came to Earth. Having good hands wasn’t one of them, but with the La Mer, I can fake it till I make it.
I’m very much aWhere can I get my product right now?type of girl. I want to be able to get it anywhere in the world because I travel a lot. I’m a drugstore gal. But with the hand cream, I just really need something that I know is going to get the job done.

Neutrogena has two kinds of makeup-remover wipes: They have one that comes in a lavender package, and they also have the traditional blue. I like them because sometimes you can get a double pack. You can get a little container that holds it if you want to travel with it and you don’t necessarily want to keep unpeeling the package back. I just think it’s convenient. I think it gets the job done. And I use both sides, you know what I mean? The wipe is big enough to use both sides of it. You do a once-over with one side and then you flip it over and you get the rest with the other side. I do wipes, cleanser, and then I may go back and wipe again if I have really dark eyeliner. I might run it over that one more time. I’ve actually been usingNeutrogena’s Oil-Free Acne Washsince I was in high school. And again: Why? Because you can get it anywhere in the world.

It’s like a setting spray but with sunscreen in it. It gets you where you’re trying to go. I feel like a lot of times we are duped into thinking that makeup is a blocker of the sun, and it’s not. So I just like a little extra layer to make sure I’m locked and loaded. Don’t I look cute? I think it works great.

Listen, let me tell you something about CoverGirl: When I was a child, my friends and I wanted to play in makeup and go into our mothers’ bathrooms and try stuff on, and we all wanted to say, “Easy, breezy, beautiful.” You know what I mean?
