It’s the time of year when it pays to be a Sephora Insider. The biannualSephora Savings Eventis on, running until November 11. To access the discount, you have to sign up for Sephora’s loyalty program, which requires an email. There are three Insider tiers. The level you’re on is tied to how much you’ve spent: Insider, VIB, and Rouge. Rouge members get the best discount — 20 percent; VIB members get 15 percent off and then Insider tier members get 10 percent off. Every level gets 30 percent offSephora Collection. While our general rule of thumb is that anything less than 20 percent isn’t a good deal, the entire site is on sale, including rarely discounted stuff like my favoriteK18 hair mask, which gets discounted once, maybe twice, a year if I’m lucky. Below I’ve rounded up everything worth buying. It’s a mix of things we’ve written about before, either tested by us or recommended by people we trust, along with things I’ve seen but haven’t had the opportunity to cover yet.
To get the discount, use the code EVERYTHING at checkout. We’ve applied the 15 percent VIB discount to all of the products below.

This moisturizer contains three types ofpeptides, which help to support collagen levels and fill in fine lines. The gel-cream texture is also lightweight enough that it doesn’t pill up under SPF or feel heavy when layered with serums — ideal if you have a multistep skin-care routine.

We love thismoisturizerbecause it’s nourishing without being heavy and doesn’t have drying alcohols or fragrances that might irritate skin. I also like the inclusion of colloidal oatmeal, which is known to be soothing for a range of conditions like psoriasis and eczema and feels nice on skin.

I’ve previously said this is a perfect moisturizer. It was formulated by the same product developer that designed Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Moisturizer, a longtime staple in beauty-editor medicine cabinets, and has a light, lush texture. The one downside is that it’s expensive, but that’s even more of a reason to buy it now.

This is one of the few shinylip glossesthat isn’t the least bit sticky. The shade range is also incredible and has a nice opacity — it isn’t totally sheer but doesn’t overpower your natural lip color either. Strategist beauty contributor Rio Viera-Newton is also a fan, saying it’s “one of the most unique, flattering formulas I’ve slathered on.”

Strategist writer Arielle Avila and I both love this concealer fromKosas. “It’s hydrating, packed with skin-care ingredients, and so lightweight that I can barely feel it,” she says. I feel similarly. I’m also impressed with the shades. My perfect color match is 7.5 and I haven’t tried anything that’s as good since.

We were first introduced to thishair towelby Strategist senior editor Simone Kitchens, who has been through a ton and says this is the best she’s used thus far. “They made an instant difference in the way my very fine, curly hair air dried — softer, less frizz, more defined curls,” she says. It’s been two years since she started using it and she hasn’t gone back.

Our favoritehair oilcan be applied to wet or dry hair and helps to seal in moisture and extend hydration by a couple of days. It also doesn’t make hair greasy or oily-looking — I use it regularly to separate my twists and love the way it makes my curls feel.
