Le Creuset debuted its newest colorway last week: Forêt. The evergreen hue is “gorgeous” and matte finish feels organic, “almost like glazed pottery,” according to senior writerMichael Zhao, who was able to test something from the brand. And the inside is the same classic beige, in line with the rest of its cookware.
