I Found the Best Early Black Friday Home Deals
Editor’s note: Black Friday has officially started, and we’re no longer updating this early deals post. You can find all the best Black Friday home deals here, and you can find all of our Black Friday coverage here.
Black Friday isn’t for a few days, but a lot of deals have already started. My colleagues are covering all the best Black Friday sales in fashion, beauty, and tech as well as retail-specific sales at places including Nordstrom, Lululemon, Amazon, Parachute, and Walmart. Here, I’ll be rounding up the best early Black Friday home deals ahead of the actual day, so check back throughout the week as more sales in bedding, furniture, and décor go live. The deals I personally think are the best
My kids and I get so dry in the winter from the heat going nonstop, and I find that running a humidifier at night helps keep everyone a little less parched. Carepod makes the best ones on the market, in my opinion. Its machines produce a lot of steam and are incredibly easy to clean and do not get moldy, unlike others I have tried. I would stock up on them this Black Friday as they are all 25 percent off. Black Friday is also a great time to stock up on discounted Christmas decorations ahead of the holidays. I’ve been using a mantel garland from Frontgate for several years now. In terms of furniture, you’ll find a bunch of deals on sofas but one of the best discounts right now is on Burrow’s five-piece Range sectional, which is a great option for families.
New York home institution ABC Carpet & Home is running a “buy more, save more” sale, starting at 20 percent off for items that are $350 and up, with the discount going all the way up to 35 percent off orders of $5,000 and more. The Cisco Home slipped sofa is over $4,000 off, which is an incredible deal on a U.S.-made furniture piece. I’ve also had my eye on the John Derian for Cisco love seat for years now, and it’s currently 40 percent off.
Check out our dedicated page to Amazon’s Black Friday sales here, where you’ll find savings on a bunch of good-to-have home items like air filters, vacuums, and our Best in Class humidifier.
Anthropologie’s home department is always a fun browse, and most things are 30 percent off with sale items receiving an extra 40 percent discount. Strategist favorites include the throw blankets and printed percale sheets. The extremely popular floor mirror is also discounted.
At Article, you can save up to 40 percent off everything, including our Best in Class Lenia bed and Sven sofa.
Get up to 20 percent off sitewide at Avocado, which makes my favorite mattress. I own both the original mattress and the wool mattress. Here are more mattresses on sale.
Boll & Branch makes some of my favorite sheets, and now every order over $200 is 25 percent off with the code CYBER25.
Refresh your entire linen closet at Brooklinen, where everything is 25 percent off, including towels, bedding, and loungewear.
Burrow’s Black Friday sale is offering 30 percent off everything, including our favorite kid- and family-friendly Range sectional and the standing desk I use at home.
Castlery is running a Thanksgiving special, offering up to $650 off plus an extra $80 off with the code BFRI25. You’ll save up to 40 percent off clearance items too. The sectional version of Strategist senior writer Liza Corsillo’s sofa, which she loves, is part of this discount.
During CB2’s early Black Friday deals, you can save up to 60 percent off on everything from lamps to lounge chairs.
At Crate & Barrel, you’ll also get up to 50 percent off most items plus free shipping.
Carepod, which makes extremely efficient and easy-to-clean humidifiers in multiple sizes, is offering 25 percent off all of its models. They’re expensive, so the discount will help a lot, in case you wanted to get more than one.
Satisfy your home-fragrance itch at Flamingo Estate, which makes some of our favorite tomato-scented candles and hand soaps, among other sundries, and is offering 20 percent off almost everything.
Save up to 60 percent of Frontgate, which makes my favorite towels and Christmas décor.
I love looking through the curated selection of artisanal pieces at Goodee, which is offering up to 65 percent off for Black Friday.
Save up to 30 percent off at Jonathan Adler this Black Friday with the code FRIDAY30, including on Big Freedia’s favorite dog-treat jars.
Get 25 percent off everything at the Laundress, including the activewear spray that keeps my workout clothes fresh between wears.
During Pooky’s Black Friday Bash, everything is 15 percent off, but spend over $500 and that discount goes up to 20 percent. Pooky’scordless lamps are some of my favorites. And the fact that you can customize them with hundreds of different lampshades means you can find something exactly to your liking.
Save up to 30 percent off our Best in Class washable rugs.
For an indestructible wheeled laundry hamper, you can’t do better than Steele Canvas’s elevated trucks. I’m thinking of buying another this week while everything is 20 percent off.
Travel is stressful, but having the right suitcase is, in my opinion, half the battle, and Travelpro makes some of the best, most trusted luggage out there (it’s a favorite of flight crews for a reason). This Black Friday, Travelpro is offering up to 50 percent off on almost everything, including my tried-and-true carry-ons and checked suitcases.
