The 68 Best Memorial Day Furniture Sales: From Article to West Elm
In this article
Memorial Day weekend is a great time to buy those big-ticket items for your home, even if the discount feels small. Ten percent may not seem like a huge discount, but on expensive pieces like sofas and beds, it makes a difference. The good news is that many home-décor brands are offering up to 30 percent off and, in some cases, more. Below, I’ve rounded up the best furniture deals for your home, categorized by room. If I were in the market for a couch, I’d start looking there, as some of our favorite retailers like Crate & Barrel, Article, and DWR have a nice selection of seating for various needs, including sleeper sofas and sectionals. For more Memorial Day deals for everything else, head to our hub here.

We removed West Elm’s Sectional and Article’s Leo Slipcover Sofa, which are no longer available. Everything else on this list is still in stock and on sale.
Deals I personally think are best
Article’s Lenia bed with the spindle headboard in queen size is only 10 percent off, but $899 is a great deal on our Best in Class bed-frame pick. For an upholstered look, West Elm’s Lana frame is another of my favorites, and it’s currently 30 percent off. If you’re looking for a side table to go with your new bed, consider Hay’s popular pleated lamp, which is on sale for nearly $100 off.
For the living room
Now’s a good time to buy a couch. Below are some of our favorite places to shop for sofas, broken down by brand. I’ve also included deals on other living-room décor like rugs and coffee tables that I think are worth checking out.
Article
Article is offering up to 40 percent off hundreds of items, including discounts on one of our favorite sofas, the popular Sven. If you’d rather try something different, there are plenty of other styles to choose from, including chunky velvet sectionals and slipcover options.
