Alpine’s earplugs are my favorite for sleeping thanks to the soft thermoplastic and V-shape, both of which make them extremely comfortable to wear while sleeping. They aren’t too expensive to start with, but sub-$20 is quite a good deal.

These earbuds are specially designed so you can comfortably lie down while wearing them and they won’t poke into your ears. I really like using them to listen to a podcast or music while napping.

Loop’s Quiet earplugs are another one of my favorites for sleeping. They’re flexible and soft and block out noise easily. Right now, they are 20 percent off but only in white.
