It’s day two of Amazon Prime Day, meaning the Strategist staff has spent the last two days putting our prodigious deal-finding skills to use by sifting through the overwhelming number of so-called sales to find the ones that are actually worth your time. I’ve been tracking the best sleep-related deals (including on big-ticket items like mattresses), while my colleagues are hunting down the best discounts on home goods, kitchen items, toys and gear for kids and babies, and more. We spend all day every day testing products, interviewing experts, and keeping an eye on prices, so the TL;DR is that we know a Very Good Deal when we see one.
I’ve sorted through hundreds of Amazon listings to find actually good deals on mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding, and other sleep stuff — that means at least 20 percent off, unless it’s an item we love that’s rarely on sale.
