I love a cat eye. It really highlights my eyes but mostly compliments the look I like to create with my eyeshadow, which is very open, sharp and exaggerated. Usually I go with matte eyeshadows. Its main use is blending out my eyeliner so it looks very pulled out. The Make Up For Ever really blends well, and it’s dark enough to blend with the eyeliner. I use the black shade to blend the eyeliner into my nude eyeshadow for the cut crease. Then there’s the lashes. A look is never complete without the lashes. They’re so crucial to drag makeup. They make the eyes pop out. I rotate different ones but usually stack two pairs. I feel it’s not about the brand with lashes. It’s just whatever lash looks good with the shape you’re creating.

I only use it at night. I wash my face, then use toner, some serums, some creams, and then I lock it in with the Slug Balm. Every time I use it, my skin looks very supple and soft the next morning.

And then it also has like this little thingy that works with MagSafe, so you can attach your phone onto it. There’s many instances where I have to do a little video and I just use my water bottle as a stand to hold my phone. So it’s been really handy. I have my water bottle beside me all the time.
