Prime Dayis here, and we’re updating this story hourly. To find the best deals in every category, follow all ofour Prime Day coverage.
Today is the last day to shop Amazon Prime Day. The deals are ending at 2:59 a.m. ET. But meantime, there’s still a lot on offer in the kitchen department, which is my area of expertise. I’ve spent the last four days scrolling through pages and pages to find the items worth your money. I’ve also organized everything into categories to make it easy to peruse.
There are many marked-down appliances from premium brands: a top-tier Vitamixblender, Breville’s hybridair fryerandtoaster oven, a Zojirushirice cooker, and more. I’ve pulled some standout pieces of cookware, such as a Lodge enameledDutch oven(Le Creuset and Staub get all the glory, but I promise you this one is great). And there’s a smattering of worthwhile kitchen tools, too, likeknife sets, kitchen shears, and a high-qualitywireless meat thermometer. There’s an especially impressive selection of coffee gear this year, including a Brevilleespresso machineand several of my favorite OXO coffee products, so I gave that its own section. And then there are some miscellaneous things, like solid pot holders, bulkkitchen towels, and nicefood-storage containers.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this post all day today, checking stock and prices as things wind down (and keeping an eye out in case any great last-minute deals pop up). Meanwhile, my colleagues are hard at work pulling the best deals in all other departments; you can find all of ourPrime Day coverage here.

My colleagueJeremy Rellosadetermined that this is the very best indoorpizza oven. He talked to a pizza pro who says it’s about as close as you can get to cooking in an open-flame outdoor oven at home.

This is thewaffle-makerI have at home, and after testing a bunch of models, it remains my very favorite. It’s compact, simple to use, and turns out perfect Eggo-style waffles every time.

OXO’s glasselectric kettleworks very well — and I’ve found it’s one of the better ones on the market to combine a larger vessel with temperature control (a common feature in gooseneck models but less so outside of that).

The Instant Pot needs no introduction, but in case you don’t already have one, I’m here to remind you this is a one-way ticket to easier, faster meals. Or if you’re already a devotee but yours is looking a little worse for wear, now is a smart time to replace it.

This isn’t the fanciesttoasteron the market, but it gets the job done well — especially for the price, which is now even better than usual.

The Vitamix Propel Series 750 has a huge discount, so if you’ve been on the fence about splurging, now is an ideal moment to add to cart. This particular model is a happy medium between the super-high-tech ones with screens (not my personal cup of tea) and the simpler ones that offer only variable speed changes. Here, you have that option but also some useful settings, like “pulse” for crushing ice, as well as blending programs for soup, frozen desserts, and smoothies.

If $375 is still too much to spend, here’s a nearly 30 percent off powerful and dependable Ninja blender for only $80.

Nutribullet makes a personal-size push-to-blend version. I love this smaller model for making sauces and marinades.

Vitamix also makes myfavorite immersion blender: It’s so simple to use (there’s just a button that turns it on and one more that controls speed), but it delivers on power and blade sharpness, just as you’d expect.

If the Vitamix immersion blender is too expensive for what you’re after, here’s a great also-on-sale alternative for just $50. Though this is a slightly different model, Braun does makeone of our favorites.

There are very few tasks a mini food processor can’t handle that a full-size one could — and no one makes them better than Cuisinart. I pull mine out all the time to make salsa verdes, chop nuts, prep mirepoix, and more.

This isn’t the hugest discount, but I felt it was worth including, since Zojirushi’srice cookersare the cream of the crop.

Despite its name, the mini version of the KitchenAid stand mixer is not actually mini. Yes, it’s smaller than the classic, and while it can’t handle a double batch or a huge amount of batter for, say, a layer cake, it can handle most standard recipes — a great option if that’s what you stick to.
Cookware and tools

When it comes to cast iron, it’sworthwhile to splurge on a higher-end panif you can. Field is one of my favorites.

If not, Lodge is your best bet — and despite what I just said, this pan is beloved for a reason. You’re sure to have it your whole life. And I promise it’s not hard toclean or take care of.

Le Creuset and Staub may get all theDutch-ovenglory, but Lodge’s is great too. I’ve talked to many professionals over the years who use it. The surface heats just as easily as its more expensive counterparts, and it comes in many great colors, all but one of which are on sale right now.

Speaking of Le Creuset, the brand also makes tri-ply stainless-steel cookware.

If you want the time-tested classic, go with All-Clad. This set comes with both a 10-inch and 12-inch skillet, which I think are the most useful sizes to own for everyday cooking.

New! You can now save this product for later.
If you don’t want two stainless steel pans, I think Made In’s stainless steel rivals All-Clad’s. Not only that, but the company’s sales often hover closer to 15 percent than 30, which makes this an especially excellent deal.

Caraway Fry Pan
I also really like Caraway’s ceramic nonstick skillet. It’s definitely on the pricey side for this material, but it’s a really solid version, so if you’re interested, buying on sale is definitely the right move.

This comprehensiveknife setalways goes on sale for Prime Day, and it’s always a reader favorite. Thiscolander scoopis one of Strategist senior editorWinnie Yang’s most-used kitchen tools. “I reach for it several times a week to strain out short or stuffed pasta or a single serving of udon or beans, to retrieve boiled eggs or potatoes or blanched vegetables from scalding water, to remove solids from stock, or to rinse berries or grapes under the tap,” she says.

Chef’n tools are smartly designed, including thiscitrus juicerwe love that has what the brand calls a “dual-gear mechanism” to push out more liquid than standard presses with less effort.

And then there’s itsgarlic chopper, which looks a bit like a toy but works like a charm. You throw cloves into the snow-globe-like top, roll it around, and pull down the doors to release the cut garlic. The more you roll, the finer the chop.

Breville’sespresso-makersare widely considered to be the best at-home machines you can buy — but they’re expensive, so I always recommend waiting for a sale. This one comes with a built-in grinder and milk frother.

The brand also makes greatcoffee grinders. This one has 15 settings, though you can also make micro-adjustments between those for ultraprecise control. And the stainless-steel container helps fight clinging, which means less mess than with plastic ones.

For an even fancier grinder, we love Fellow’s Ode Brew, which is just as easy to use but especially sleek and well-built.

I used to brew iced coffee in the summer (meaning, I’d make a pot in myelectric machine, let it cool down, and then put it in a bottle in the fridge). That works, but OXO’s Cold Brew Maker is even better. It makes richer, more delicious concentrate I can keep in the fridge for several days.

Owala FreeSip - 24 Oz.
The Owala has proved itself to be more than just a trendywater bottlethanks to its smart two-option sipping mechanism. One opening lets you suck water through a straw, while the other reveals a wide-mouth hole with a protruding angled border to help guide a stream of water for gulps. There are also a number of other water bottles we love on sale, as you can see below.

If you do a lot of meat cooking, we really like thewireless Typher thermometer. It’s basically a thermometer with a dock, and all you have to do is keep the two parts relatively near each other. It’s simpler to use than a lot of other models on the market but still extremely reliable.

If $150 feels like too much, we also like the trusty Thermapen.
