At the Strategist, we love a good dupe, and in lots of ways, ecofriendly products are the greatest dupe of all: In many cases, you’re not just using a better product, you’re also doing a little bit to help the planet and the people who live on it with you. Back in 2018, we dedicated a week to finding and sharing the best ecofriendly products, but since then, our understanding of sustainability has evolved to include more than just reducing waste. Sustainability also means thinking about responsible sourcing, environmentally friendly production, even fair labor practices.

So we’re celebrating Green Week again and, this time, we’re going even deeper into the world of ecofriendly products and sustainable brands, highlighting the best products that leave a light footprint and solve little household problems. We’ll also be answering some very 2021 questions. (For instance: What is the best sustainable face mask?) Below are some of our favorite ecofriendly finds so far, but keep checking back daily for more.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.

Every editorial product is independently selected. If you buy something through our links, New York may earn an affiliate commission.
