I’m a sandalfiend, if you will. From early spring to late fall, I take every chance I get to strut in all variants of flip-flops, wedges, mules, and other strappy contraptions, blisters be damned. And I’m in good company. Here at the Strategist, we’ve reported on hundreds of both new and not so new pairs over the years, from thenot-Havaianas flip-flops one designer collects to the circa-1984 orthopedic-y plastic slides art directors and curators are flocking to. I took to our archives to find every comfortable, stylish pair we’ve written about. The best part? They’re all under $150, organized below from cheapest ($4) to most expensive ($145). Whatever your sandal affinity may be — leather, jelly, rubber, toes in, toes out, gorpy, designer — there’s something for just about everyone to shop and wear this summer.
