Having a baby isn’t cheap. Fromstrollers,sound machines, andswaddlesto burp clothes,bottles, and the seemingly endless restocking of diapers and wipes, there’s alwayssomethingto buy. As a parent myself (I have an almost-5-year-old and will have a newborn in just under a month), I speak from experience: Unless you’re blessed with unlimited funds, finding that something on sale isn’t just nice — it can be a necessity. Just in time for me and hopefully you, too, Amazon’s got aBig Baby Salegoing on through March 2, with a larger than normal lineup of actually good baby products at lower than normal prices.
As a parent, I also understand that taking care of a kiddo doesn’t leave tons of time for deep dives into the sale section, which is why I’ve done the digging for you and compiled a best-of shopping list below. You probably don’t need all of it, but I’ll bet some of it will come in handy, as will the savings.
Deals I personally think are best
There are so many truly great deals below that I had a hard time picking the top three, but here’s what I landed on: To the uninitiated, finding a goodnursing pillowmay not seem like a difficult task, but there are lots of options out there, and I’ve found the majority of them are passable at best. TheMy Breast Friend pillow, however, is all-around excellent, as is its current sale price. TheGraco Extend2Fitcar seat is the same one my daughter’s been riding in since she outgrew her infant seat, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. And thatgiant tub of Desitindiaper-rash paste may seem like overkill, but it promise it will get used — probably much faster than you would think.
