Budget shoppers, behold: Polk has been rounding up the 115 best Prime Day deals under $50, and there are plenty of good ones to choose from. Her top deals, though, are a now-$50chef’s knifefrom one of our favorite knife brands, J.A. Henckels; the same bootcut jeans Daly is eyeing above; andCrest’s 3D Whitestrips, which, as is the case every Prime Day, are marked down to their lowest price ever and are once again a Strategist reader best seller.

“When a price starts out in the $10 range, the higher the discount, the better,” Druckman says. Therefore, all her picks areat least30 percent off, but most are 40 percent or higher. On her list: theoil-control rollerthat keeps writerAmbar Pardilla’s face shine-free; two great games for holiday season (Dutch Blitzand classic Jenga); one of our favoriteblackout sleep masks; and a half-off Gap cami for layering in winter and wearing alone in summer.

Prime Day is a great time to restock your beauty cabinets, as you’ll see lots of good discounts on expert-recommended products. But if you’re after a truly great deal, Denton-Hurst recommends the three items below: Laneige balm (also a favorite of Daly’s), Verb Ghost Oil (our best overallhair oil), and Elta MD’s untinted sunscreen (our best overallface sunscreen). All three are “rarely on sale or are so deeply discounted it’s unlikely they’ll be the same price again this year,” Denton-Hurst says, so now’s the best time to buy.

“The best fashion deals on any Prime Day are on basics,” Pardilla says, and that’s true this go-around. Two of Zhao’s top picks are under $50: a now-$40 MagSafe battery pack that can charge your phone, sans cords, on the go, and a $23 credit-card-size tracker that will ensure you never lose your wallet. But if youdowant to get big-ticket tech, Zhao’s got plenty. MoGo’s newest portable projector is a great gift for teens and on sale for the best price since it launched; Sonos Ace headphones (Zhao’s favorite) are back on sale for the same price as they werelast Prime Day; the noise-canceling AirPods 4 are now cheaper than normal AirPods 4 (without noise-canceling) at full price; and a reasonably priced 55-inch TV is just about the best you’ll get for $500.

Rowenta makes three of our seven favoriteclothing irons, so if you’re in the market for one, this is the brand to buy — and right now, one of its most simple models is 25 percent off. A bigger-ticket (but well worth-it) item Ro strongly recommends is anair purifier. “We own at least four of these Coway Airmegas, and we usually add another one to our household or get one to give to family members during Prime Day,” Ro says. If you want to upgrade yoursheets, Boll & Branch makes some of the most luxurious ones Ro’s ever slept on. They’re not on sale often, so 20 percent off (with no cart minimum) is a very good deal. And a bunch ofwashable rugsfrom Ruggable are on sale for 25 percent and more, too.

“The discounts on small appliances are looking especially strong this Prime Day,” Wartzman writes, so all three of her picks are in that category. First, Balmuda’stoaster ovenuses steam to create a moist environment that breathes “new life into day-old leftovers in a way a regular toaster oven could never dream of.” It’s 30 percent off, which is over $100 off given the appliance’s high price.
